Our thriving results-oriented massage therapy clinic in Talent is looking for massage therapists with a strong therapeutic focus and a desire to learn and grow. EMPLOYEE COMPENSATION & BENEFITS:
• $39-43 per Massage hour + tips.
• Paid training sessions and team meetings
• 20 Free CEs per year
• 401K with 4% employer matching (approx $1.70 an hour more) after 6 months.
• (6) Free 90 minute massages/year

ONGOING EDUCATION OPPORTUNITIES: Recurring trainings with our experienced clinical massage instructors on staff as well as opportunities for group skills education.
LESS WORRIES FOR YOU: We provide online booking that can conveniently sync with your phone calendar, website with great SEO to attract more bookings, ongoing social media and print marketing specials for both the clinic and individual therapists, full laundry service, a supply of all our emollients, and a flow of engaging clinical work, with a fun team to work with!
REQUIREMENTS:
• Current LMT license in OR
• Willing to learn charting skills for insurance-based sessions (we can happily train)
• Strong deep-tissue/therapeutic skills a must
• Desire and ability to educate patients
• Excellent client communication skills
• Very much a team player
• A passion to continue to learn and improve skills and understanding.
• Bilingual English/Spanish a plus
CURRENTLY AVAILABLE SHIFTS:
- AM SHIFT 9:00-2:00 Monday, Wednesday, Friday
- PM SHIFT 2:30-7:30 Monday Through Friday
- Saturday 10-3 PM
