I’ve had four sessions with Helene so far and it’s been life changing. I went to massage school in my early 20’s and I’ve had numerous massages over the years. Helene is on a completely different level than most other therapists. She has a deep understanding of anatomy and a passion for the body and for helping people. My pain level is the lowest in years. I’m so excited to continue.
