MEDICAL MASSAGE ADVANCED TRAINING PROGRAM

We developed our Advanced Medical Massage Training program to train more clinically oriented massage therapists to meet the needs of our community. All staff members have full access to our program of classes including Lymphatic drainage techniques, comprehensive soft tissue mobilization techniques and exercises for peripheral nerve entrapments, Headache physiology and treatment, cranial nerve manipulation and treatment, Trauma informed care, pain neuroscience, Whiplash Associated Disorders, concussion care, postural rehabilitation and more!

Program Overview

Medical Massage ideally requires a strong knowledge of clinical intake and assessment, detail oriented charting for insurance billing, a wide range of manual therapy skills and a strong knowledge of anatomy, physiology, kinesiology and pathology. This is a rare skill set that requires determination and dedication to achieve.

In this program we intensely train our staff of already Licensed LMTs in clinical intake, client communication, injury assessment, and a wide range of advanced rehabilitative manual therapy skills including working with the lymphatic system and peripheral nerve entrapment techniques.

Staff has an an average of 50 hrs of free clinically oriented CE available to them each year, fulfilling all live CE requirements including ethics. Staff also has full access to a library of hundreds of hours of recorded classes.
