Auto Accident Massage, Health Insurance and Cash Pay Scheduling:
Our practice accepts insurance for Medical Massage patients. In order to best serve you we will need to verify your insurance benefits before you arrive.
We accept major insurances including:
- All Major Auto insurances (for Car accident Massage care)
- Regence
- Blue Cross Blue Shield of Oregon
- Anthem Blue Cross
- HMA
- MedAdvantage (Regence)
Each of these insurers offer different plans to choose from, not all of which may include Medical Massage benefits. We will help you find out if your plan covers our services.
How to get started:
Give our front office a call at 541-210-5999 and we will begin the process of verifying your insurance benefits.
We will need:
- A picture of your Driver’s License and Insurance card(s).
- Your Date of Birth
Some of the answers that we will obtain for you are:
- Does your policy cover Medical Massage?
- Does your coverage have any exclusions or limitations?
- Do you have in or out-of-network coverage?
- Do you have an annual deductible?
- Do you have a co-payment or co-insurance?
- Do you have an annual visit limit?
What to do if you’re not covered?
If your policy covers our treatments, we will bill your insurance provider for our services. If our services are not covered under your plan, then you will be informed of alternate payment options for future treatments during your consultation
Massage Package Discounts for Cash Pay Patients
We accept cash, check and most major credit cards. Cash patients can enjoy big savings by purchasing a Massage package of multiple massages. Our packages include discounts for pre-paying for your treatments. No matter what your financial situation is, we will tailor a treatment package if your insurance policy does not cover our services.
